This is not about coaching. This is about teaching you how to train.
We believe the outcome should not be the main driver, but the path that delivers it. Therefore, we designed a program in which DRKHORSE owner and co-founder, Assaf Yogev, studies everything there is to learn about YOU in order to optimize the way you train, eat, sleep, manage your time, and of course train, in order to make sure your path always delivers best results no matter what life throws at you. Welcome to the DRKHORSE Accelerator Program (DAP).
Client Definition - DAP clients are new to the DRKHORSE system, looking to advance their training and learn about how to optimize their cycling training and become better riders and athletes.
Goal - Provide a comprehensive coaching package that trains and educates the athlete about specific training methodologies, healthy lifestyle choices, physiological principles, and holistic training concepts that will make their training skills better in the future.
Structure:
Program Duration
Three months (12 weeks), following a DRKLABS Assessment, and report review.
Communication
One call per week - 20 minutes long:
Ten minutes review of the previous week (first call will review the DRKLABS assessment)
Five minutes review of the upcoming week
Five minutes Q&A.
Three in person meetings:
DRKLABS Assessment
One outdoor ride - technique (cornering, sprinting, climbing)
One outdoor ride - Sprint Interval Training (SIT). Bonus - If you drop the coach you get 5% off your final payment!

Detailed training recommendations based on your strengths and limiters.
What is expected from you?
Journal:
Create a one-week dietary log of all food and drinks (water included) consumed (type and quantity)
Record training food and drink intake
Record sleep quality and duration throughout the program using: Training Peaks, Wahoo, Oura, etc.
Report daily stress score from 1-5 (1 being exceptionally low). Use as much descriptive information as you are comfortable with.
Training should be done as prescribed. This process is based on the idea that the training is the objective scale that will be used to highlight any issues in your routine. Failure to do your training will impact your results and my ability to improve your performance.

Comprehensive and accurate assessment of your physiological strengths and limiters on the bike.
A monthly training program that targets your assessed physical strengths and limiters.
Detailed review of your previous weekβs training during our weekly 20 min conversation.
Assessment of your riding technique and recommendations for improvement if needed.
Full report of training recommendations based on your strengths and limiters presented during our three months work.
An additional one-month training program (unguided), to further compliment your fitness progress.
This is a hands on coaching experience led by exercise physiologist and PhDc, Assaf Yogev. Limited spots available.
